Jamie joined Drucker & Falk in 2017 with over 12 years of experience in property management, and the last 5 years being focused on new construction. After rising from a leasing agent, to assistant manager, and then a property manager during his first 6 months in the industry, Jamie quickly realized he had found his true calling. He has a passion for helping others, a keen attention to detail, and was TMHC’s Property Manager of the Year in 2014. His properties have been recognized both locally and nationally for everything from their gorgeous clubhouses and curb appeal, to his over-the-top resident events. Jamie believes in maintaining strong connections within the community he serves, and in doing so has sat on the board of the Chesapeake Humane Society for the last 3 years, chairing their largest fundraiser, the annual “Bark in the Park” event.
Jamie originally hails from a tiny town in northern Vermont, but has called Virginia Beach home since 2005. He as his wife, a music teacher for Virginia Beach City Public Schools, have two highly-spirited children- a 9 year old daughter, and a 4 year old son- as well as two sweet cats, a brother and sister from the same litter, which he and his family proudly rescued from the Chesapeake Humane Society when they were newborn kittens.
Catherine Beaman joined Drucker and Falk in 2014 as a Leasing Specialist, and was promoted to Assistant Manager in 2015. She received the 2015 Drucker and Falk award for Assistant Property Manager of the Year and was a finalist for the 2017 HRAC Assistant Property Manager of the Year. Having graduated from James Madison University with a degree in business administration, she previously worked as a recruiter in the healthcare industry. She enjoys the day-to-day interaction with the residents and works to ensure they have the best experience possible.
Catherine was born and raised in Hampton Roads, and after spending twelve years in San Diego returned home to Virginia. She and her husband have a one year old son who keeps them busy and entertained!
